Each tablet contains: high-purity enzymatically hydrolysed collagen (Colatech®) (1100 mg), crystallised glucosamine sulphate (250 mg), chondroitin sulphate (100 mg), gamma-oryzanol (50 mg), hyaluronic acid (10 mg).

Recommended duration of use
